Terms of Service

Last updated: July 17, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the Crypsol website and general engagement with CRYPSOL TECHNOLOGIES L.L.C ("Crypsol", "we", "us"). Paid projects are also governed by a statement of work, order form, or service agreement for that engagement (each a "Project Agreement"). If a Project Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Project Agreement controls for that paid work.

Acceptance

By using this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you act for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. “You” then means that company.

Service provider role

CRYPSOL TECHNOLOGIES L.L.C is a Limited Liability Company (LLC) operating from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We provide technology and software services to business clients, including token creation support, trading infrastructure, APIs, and white-label platforms.

We are a technology vendor only. We are not a bank, crypto exchange, broker-dealer, money transmitter, payment service provider, custodian, fund manager, or investment advisor.

Unless a Project Agreement expressly says otherwise, you keep ownership and operational control of your tokens, wallets, keys, funds, brands, users, and commercial products.

Website information only

Website content is general information about Crypsol and our services. It is not investment advice, trading advice, legal advice, tax advice, or an offer of securities, tokens, or financial products.

Descriptions of features, networks, timelines, and capabilities are summaries and may change. Binding scope is defined only in a Project Agreement.

Services and Project Agreements

Token creation, trading systems, market-data tooling, alerts, backtesting, white-label delivery, and related work are provided only under agreed scope, fees, environments, and timelines.

Crypsol may accept, decline, pause, or end work that appears unlawful, sanctions-restricted, fraudulent, outside agreed scope, or unreasonably risky without clear client controls.

Fees, payment terms, milestones, and acceptance criteria are set in the Project Agreement. Website pricing statements, if any, are indicative only.

Client responsibilities and compliance

You are responsible for your own legal, regulatory, licensing, tax, and compliance obligations in every market where you operate or market your product.

You are responsible for token utility design, marketing claims, listings, user onboarding, KYC/AML where required, and any services you offer to your users.

You must not use Crypsol deliverables to hold customer funds, operate an unlicensed exchange or brokerage, evade sanctions, launder value, or violate applicable law.

You must not ask Crypsol to take custody of user assets or provide regulated financial services unless that is expressly contracted, licensed where required, and lawful.

Acceptable use

Use this website and any Crypsol systems only for lawful business purposes.

Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt availability, introduce malware, scrape abusively, reverse engineer protected systems except as allowed by law, or use Crypsol materials to build a competing product in breach of a Project Agreement.

Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content through contact channels.

Third-party networks and services

Blockchain networks, wallets, explorers, exchanges, cloud providers, RPC nodes, and other third-party services are outside Crypsol's control.

Their fees, downtime, rule changes, forks, or failures may affect your project. Your use of third-party services is subject to those providers' terms.

Crypsol is not responsible for listing decisions, liquidity, market makers, or approvals by any exchange or platform.

Blockchain risk and no performance guarantees

Public-chain transactions may be irreversible and publicly visible. Smart contracts and on-chain programs can contain bugs or behave unexpectedly even after testing.

Crypsol does not guarantee token price, trading profits, liquidity, volume, listings, third-party approvals, uptime of public networks, or any business outcome.

Market-data figures and product capabilities shown on the site are informational and may change as systems evolve.

Confidentiality

Each party should protect the other party's non-public business, technical, and commercial information shared during inquiries or projects, and use it only for the engagement.

Confidentiality obligations in a Project Agreement, if any, control over this section for that engagement.

Intellectual property

Website content, Crypsol branding, templates, and pre-existing tools belong to Crypsol or its licensors.

Your materials remain yours. Ownership and license terms for custom work product, source code, and documentation are defined in the Project Agreement.

Unless transferred in writing, Crypsol retains rights in its pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and know-how, and may reuse generalized non-confidential methods in other work.

Disclaimers

The website and general informational content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Warranties for paid deliverables, if any, are limited to those expressly stated in the Project Agreement.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Crypsol against claims, losses, and costs arising from your misuse of the website, your products or tokens, your regulatory posture, your end users, or your breach of these Terms or a Project Agreement, except to the extent caused by Crypsol's willful misconduct.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crypsol is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from website use or general information on this site.

For paid engagements, Crypsol's aggregate liability is limited as stated in the governing Project Agreement. If that agreement is silent, liability is limited to fees paid to Crypsol for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms for website use. Project Agreements are changed only as those agreements allow.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Dubai, UAE have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from website use, unless a Project Agreement specifies another forum for that engagement.
