Last updated: July 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how CRYPSOL TECHNOLOGIES L.L.C ("Crypsol", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with crypsol.tech, business inquiries, and related technology services.

Who we are

CRYPSOL TECHNOLOGIES L.L.C is a Limited Liability Company (LLC) based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are a technology service provider for businesses seeking token creation, trading infrastructure, and white-label software delivery.

We are not a bank, crypto exchange, broker, custodian, payment institution, or investment advisor. This website is for business information and inquiries only.

Our role with data

For this website and direct business inquiries, Crypsol decides why and how contact data is processed.

If a signed project requires Crypsol to process personal data on a client's behalf (for example, operational contacts inside a delivery), Crypsol acts only on documented client instructions and under the project agreement or a separate data processing addendum where required.

Clients remain responsible for privacy notices, lawful bases, and end-user rights for any product they operate with Crypsol deliverables.

Information we collect

Inquiry data: name, work email, company name, role, project interest, and message content you choose to send.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages visited through standard hosting, security, or analytics logs if enabled.

Project communications: emails, documents, and credentials you share during scoping or delivery, limited to what is needed for the engagement.

We do not request passwords to third-party accounts, private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, or payment card numbers through this website.

How we use information

Respond to inquiries, qualify fit, and discuss possible services.

Perform contracted delivery, support, and handoff when you become a client.

Secure our systems, prevent abuse, and improve website reliability.

Meet legal, accounting, or dispute-related obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use inquiry content for public marketing without permission.

Blockchain and on-chain data

Public blockchain networks are typically transparent and hard or impossible to reverse. Data written on-chain may be permanent and visible to third parties.

Do not place personal data, confidential commercial terms, or private identifiers into public-chain metadata, token fields, or transaction inputs unless your own legal process allows it.

Crypsol cannot delete or rewrite data once it is confirmed on a public network. Off-chain records we control remain subject to the retention rules below.

Sharing and processors

We may use trusted processors for website hosting, email, security monitoring, analytics, or professional advisors, only as needed to operate the business.

We may disclose information if required by applicable law, regulation, or court process, or to protect Crypsol, our clients, or the public from fraud, security threats, or abuse.

We do not share inquiry data with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

International transfers

Crypsol operates from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Processors or team members may access information from other countries when needed to respond or deliver services.

Where transfers occur, we take reasonable steps appropriate to the nature of the data and the engagement.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry and project records only as long as needed to manage the relationship, meet legal duties, or resolve disputes, then delete or anonymize them where practicable.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or ask privacy questions, by emailing hello@crypsol.tech.

We will respond within a reasonable time. Some requests may be limited by law, security, or contract obligations.

If you submit the website form and continue in your email app, your message is sent through your own mail provider under that provider's terms.

Children and business use

Our website and services are directed to businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
